Job Title: Contract Specialist Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote) Egham Contract Duration: 3 Months Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | 5 days per week Job Overview The Contract Specialist will provide internal support and guidance to a regional sales organisation, ensuring customer orders and contracts are compliant with company policies and procedures. This role involves daily collaboration with cross-functional teams across EMEA, including Sales, Deal Hub, Legal, Client Financial Services, Consulting, Events, and Order Management. Key Responsibilities Document Administration • Effectively process incoming requests from various departments including Sales, Client Financial Services, Controllers, Deal Hub, Corporate Pricing, Contracts Negotiators, Corporate Legal, Consulting, Events, and Client Compliance., • Manage and monitor the shared team Outlook inbox, ensuring emails are prioritised based on urgency and importance once approvals are received., • Review and activate incoming order submissions via Salesforce, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to standard contract guidelines., • Assist Sales teams through Salesforce case requests to ensure correct and accurate client data is used during contract creation., • Act as signing authority for order agreements, ensuring 100% compliance with the legal empowerment matrix., • Ensure compliance with corporate policies related to document administration, including review and approval of:, • Non-standard legal terms, • Non-standard service descriptions, • Non-standard pricing, • Non-standard billing terms, • Execute special ad-hoc projects as required to meet evolving business needs., • Collaborate with managers and global teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in departmental processes., • Provide first-line support to Sales teams on matters related to sales contracts and contract requests., • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (mandatory)., • 2–4+ years of experience dealing with:, • Contract matters, • Client legal and procurement departments, • Customer order management or sales support functions, • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines., • Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment., • Role is primarily remote with minimal onsite requirements., • No travel expectations., • Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of the work location.
