Job Purpose: Temporary position for 1 year to support the implementation of a new People Information System into the business. Responsible for assisting with the build and implementation of the People Information System and roll out of this system to the business. Previous experience with this type of project required, and ideally deployment experience but this isn’t essential. Key Responsibilities: • Work towards being a subject matter expert for the Company’s new People System and custodian of employee data., • Ensure completeness and accuracy of the HR data., • Support the wider HR team on other projects and administration when required., • Develop a suite of standard reports that meet the needs of the business in terms of management information and reporting., • Work with the external Product Support Team to resolve system issues, • Plan all system changes and ensure they are fully tested in the test environment prior to implementation in the live application., • Work with key stakeholders including Functional Leaders, Department Managers and the I.T. Team on the configuration and development of the company’s People Information System ensuring delivery and key milestones are met., • Responsible for system maintenance and provide audit support as required., • Once implemented train system users - You will provide both 1-2-1 support and help develop and maintain training materials and user guides up to date., • Once implemented work with users to troubleshoot issues and provide first-line support for systems queries., • Support HR reporting for the Company and any ad-hoc requests. Skills & Qualifications: Essential: • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables), • Data Analysis, • PowerBI reporting, • Experience in fast paced work environment, • Proven track record in a similar role, • Highly developed and demonstrated customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills Key Competencies: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Problem-solving ability., • Attention to detail., • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Advisor, based onshore in Aberdeen. This has been released on a 12 month PAYE contract. Responsibilities: • Contribute to the delivery of end to end HR services as part of a team supporting various functions, ensuring consistent delivery of standardised HR processes and practices., • Carry out service-related activities such as data entry in SuccessFactors, managing HR documentation, updating internal systems and databases, liaising with Payroll suppliers by providing relevant employee information, and responding virtually to a broad range of employee and Line Manager queries., • Own, monitor and track the resolution of employee queries from local teams, continuously identifying and supporting opportunities for process and service improvements., • Work collaboratively with other advisors within your team to meet service delivery KPIs and provide high-quality, compliant HR services that align with business expectations and global standards., • Regularly assess personal performance using real-time data to highlight issues, anticipate future challenges, and identify trends for improvement., • Build and maintain understanding of local employment laws and cultural practices, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements., • Track and manage performance against SLAs, delivering services within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards at a local level. Specific Requirements: • Open and inclusive mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team of advisors across functions and regions., • Proactive and forward-thinking approach, with a focus on identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance customer service delivery., • Demonstrated capability in managing transactional and advisor tasks across geographically dispersed markets, each with distinct documentation and procedural nuances., • Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey ideas, solutions, and information to support a high-quality local employee experience., • Collaborative working style, comfortable partnering across HR and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful outcomes., • Technologically adaptable and comfortable operating in virtual environments, with a positive attitude toward new digital tools and platforms., • Experienced in maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data protection, ensuring sensitive employee data is handled securely and responsibly., • Prior experience working in HR operations or customer service teams, preferably within a complex or multinational environment., • An understanding of the oil and gas industry, working with on and offshore employees, • Motivated to contribute to the evolution and improvement of HR service delivery within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation., • Basic data analytics capabilities, with the ability to use insights to refine and enhance HR service performance., • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal., • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project Management tools, and Visio., • CIPD Qualification or working towards it (desirable but not required), • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors), • Experience working with outsourced service providers or within the framework of a Transitional Services Agreement (TSA) is highly desirable. To be successful for this position you will have previous experience in a similar role and a good technical knowledge of cranes. Communicating clear standards for performance is key. You will have a proven track record of client management and have a high emphasis on customer service. You may have come from a hands-on, Project Engineer or an Account Management background, acting as a client representative/account manager is a key part of this role.
