About the Role The Bid Manager will oversee the end-to-end tendering process for Voltempo, ensuring high-quality proposals that secure public and private sector contracts. Critical to success will be the ability to enable an effective ‘solution selling’ approach to our bids, whilst ensuring an efficient process that will allow for rapid turnaround and submission of proposals concurrently. What You’ll Bring to the Position • Demonstrated experience in customer-focused problem solving, • Ability to execute projects and tasks in parallel, self-directed, highly detail-oriented, organized and flexible, • Experience troubleshooting using data analytics, • Experience in commissioning, performance testing, maintenance, and/or design of BESS or other power generating facilities, • Knowledge and experience with SCADA protocols (i.e. DNP3 and Modbus), • Familiarity with industrial communication networks (fiber optics, network switches, TCP/IP, etc.), • Excellent communication skills, • Ability to travel up to 20% of time.
