Consultant – Career Transition Services (Account Manager) London - 3 days in office per week Our Career Transition Services team helps organisations navigate change — and supports individuals through redundancy and transformation with clarity, empathy and confidence. As a consultant, you’ll lead client delivery, own relationships, and ensure participants receive a high-quality experience throughout their journey. What the role looks like You’ll be the face of Career Transition Services for your clients — coordinating delivery across coaching, workshops and digital tools, guiding participants, and keeping complex programmes running smoothly. Expect variety: stakeholder engagement, operational coordination, participant support, reporting, capacity planning and continuous improvement.
