This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely supportive organisation at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping services from the very beginning. The provider already operates homes rated Ofsted “Good” (December 2025) and is recognised for its family‑feel culture, strong values, and a genuine commitment to doing things properly - for both children and staff. About the Organisation This provider’s mission is to create a future where every young person, regardless of their challenges, can thrive. What’s On Offer • £80,000 salary, • Responsibility for two brand new, purpose‑prepared homes, • Supportive senior leadership and genuine autonomy, • Flexible working approach, • Your birthday off and paid, • If you have children under 16, their birthdays off and paid as well, • Ofsted Performance Bonuses:, • Good – £1,000 bonus + staff team meal, • Outstanding – £2,500 bonus + staff team meal + £50 voucher for every staff member Why This Opportunity Stands Out • Brand new homes with no legacy issues, • A provider that genuinely lives its values, • Children treated as individuals, not placements, • Leadership that is trusted, supported, and appreciated, • A chance to leave a long‑term legacy across two services Interested?
