This is a critical role accountable for the effective, efficient, and scalable delivery of operational services. Required Experience & Skills: • Senior Leadership: Proven track record in a senior operational leadership role, ideally within a high-volume, service-led, or regulated environment., • Performance Management: Hands-on experience owning and delivering against strict SLAs, KPIs, and quality customer outcomes., • Change & Transformation: Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, automation, or large-scale change initiatives., • Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy, including budget planning, forecasting, and cost management., • People First: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while modeling inclusive, values-led leadership., • Stakeholder Management: Highly developed communication skills with a knack for working cross-functionally across complex organizational structures., • Industry Sector (Highly Desirable): Experience within conveyancing, property, or adjacent professional services sectors is highly advantageous, alongside strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
