The role As Account Manager, you’ll take a central role in delivering insight-led, strategic marketing solutions for a broad portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and integrated campaign delivery, collaborating closely with teams across the company. You’ll report to the Head of Strategy, with day-to-day direction and support from the Account Director. The role bridges the gap between delivery and strategic input, combining hands-on project ownership with proactive client management and internal coordination. You will also contribute to the development of existing accounts and support new business efforts when required. Day-to-day includes: Client Partnership and Growth • Act as the daily point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and high service levels., • Understand client business objectives and contribute to strategic thinking and campaign development., • Identify and recommend opportunities for organic growth within accounts., • Support the Account Director in preparing account plans and growth strategies. Campaign and Project Delivery • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels., • Ensure consistent reporting and provide insight-driven recommendations to improve performance., • Manage timelines, resources, budgets and outputs, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard., • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and flagging variances early. Support accurate forecasting and contribute to financial reporting as required., • Work with internal teams to scope, brief and review creative and strategic work. Cross-functional Collaboration • Liaise closely with other business units (creative, PR, events, digital) to support cohesive delivery., • Play an active role in proposal development and pitch preparation where required., • Help ensure alignment across all internal teams working on client activity. Team Support and Culture • Communicate clearly what is required from supporting teams to deliver effective insight-led campaigns., • Champion ways of working that support consistency, clarity and quality across cross-functional delivery teams., • Contribute to a positive, collaborative working culture that supports knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
