Were looking for a DSP Media Manager to join our team in London as part of our Client Services this role youll have the opportunity to manage large complex clients independently and lead day to day client engagement around e-commerce media performance and strategy. We are looking for someone who has proven programmatic experience creating monitoring and tracking campaigns on the Amazon DSP (for both display and video). The DSP Media Manager will act as a partner for our clients and consult with them around investment levels product assortment and media backing while highlighting opportunities onsite for the client and helping to rectify any potential issues that may arise. You will drive the client calls and monitor campaign activity against approved budgets. The ultimate goal for this role is to provide best in class service while helping to grow our clients business and promote the value and philosophies Flywheel brings. As a more senior member of the media team you will be mentoring our Media Specialists to support their growth and development. You will be reporting into one of our Senior Media Managers or Media Directors. • Lead daily client engagements including bi-weekly calls and drive strategic planning and execution., • Develop manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with client KPIs and budgets., • Create overall media strategy and advise clients on best-in-class strategy product optimizations and best practices to maximize performance., • Oversee audience targeting bid management and promotional calendars across all advertising platforms., • Deliver regular reporting and analytics providing actionable insights and clear communication of results on an ongoing basis, • Create test measure and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behaviour to inform campaign improvements and drive business outcomes., • Mentor and support Specialists to foster their professional growth and development., • Monitor budget pacing and campaign performance providing recommendations and resolving issues proactively., • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal media and e-commerce teams to identify new opportunities., • Stay current on industry trends translating insights into tailored client recommendations., • Articulate Flywheels value proposition to clients, • You have 5 years experience in programmatic advertising across multiple DSPs and biddable platforms, • You have a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem particularly within Amazon DSP and AMC, • You possess highly analytical with advanced Excel skills, • You are a strong communicator (written and verbal) and are able to present and pitch decks to a variety of audiences, • You are collaborative self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, • You are a creative strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities., • You are detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple accounts and tight deadlines., • Being bilingual in English and ideally one of French German Italian or Spanish is considered an asset, • #LI-SA1We are proud to offer all Flywheelers a competitive rewards package and unparalleled career growth opportunities and a supportive fun and engaging culture., • We have office hubs across the globe where team members can go to feel productive inspired and connected to others - team members go into Hub Offices 3x a week, • Flexible vacation time, • Great learning and development opportunities, • Benefits that help you live your best life, • Parental leave and benefits, • Volunteering opportunities, • If youre looking to connect with teammates on a topic of inclusion and identity chances are theres an ERG for that., • So you know: The hired candidate will be required to complete a background check, • Learn more about us here: ___, • Learn more about us here: ______ __________________Flywheels suite of digital commerce solutions accelerate growth across all major digital marketplaces for the worlds leading brands.
