Flosum is a Salesforce-native DevOps and data protection platform serving enterprise Salesforce teams across the Fortune 5000. We are in wartime. Pipeline generation, retention, and product velocity are our three highest-priority problems, and AI is the lever that accelerates all three. We are hiring our first AI Go-to-Market Engineer to architect, deploy, train, and continuously optimize AI agents and automation across the entire revenue engine — from first touch to closed-won to expansion. This is not a "prompt engineering" role. This is a builder role. You will sit at the intersection of revenue operations, sales, marketing, and customer success, and your job is to make every human on the GTM team dramatically more productive by deploying AI systems that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and reduce churn. You report directly to the CEO. WHAT THIS ROLE MUST DO TO CHANGE FLOSUM'S TRAJECTORY # Deploy and personally train at least one AI SDR agent within the first 30 days — focused on either inbound qualification from Qualified/Marketo or outbound prospecting via Outreach — and run weekly refinement cycles until it outperforms the bottom half of the human BDR bench. # Build an AI-powered inbound qualification system that captures, scores, and routes every website visitor and form fill in real time so no lead waits, no lead gets lost, and AEs only touch prospects that are ready to buy. # Increase revenue-generating time per AE from the current ~25% to 50%+ by automating CRM hygiene, call summarization (via Gong), follow-up sequencing, proposal drafting, and pipeline updates — eliminating every minute of admin work that doesn't directly produce revenue. # Architect the AI layer across Flosum's GTM stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Qualified, Gong) so that data flows between systems without manual intervention, every customer touchpoint is captured, and AI agents share learnings in a virtuous loop with Salesforce as the hub. # Build and maintain an AI-driven competitive intelligence engine that monitors our competition, pricing changes, and product launches — and feeds structured insights to sales and product weekly. # Create hyper-personalized outbound campaigns at 10x current volume without proportional headcount increase — using AI to research accounts, generate personalized messaging based on ICP signals (Salesforce team size, current DevOps tooling, compliance requirements like DORA), and sequence multi-channel touches across email, LinkedIn, and phone. # Instrument a closed-loop data feedback system between BDR activity, pipeline outcomes, and AI agent performance so that ICP targeting, messaging, and channel mix improve every week based on actual conversion data — not guesswork. # Deploy AI-assisted customer health scoring and churn prediction models that flag at-risk accounts before renewal, feeding Terry's CS team with actionable intervention triggers tied to usage data, support ticket patterns, and engagement signals. # Prototype AI-powered product-led growth touchpoints — including conversational qualification on the website, self-serve onboarding assistance, and automated nurture for trial users — supporting the PLG motion as it matures. # Evaluate, select, and deploy no more than two AI vendors per use case using a structured bakeoff methodology: reference checks via email, FDE conversations before contract, and 30-day dedicated training commitments — no lazy agency deployments. Hands-on experience deploying and training AI SDR/BDR agents in a real B2B sales environment — not evaluating, not advising, actually deploying and iterating weekly for at least 90 days. Deep working knowledge of the modern B2B GTM stack — specifically Salesforce (as CRM and data hub), Marketo or equivalent MAP, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, and real-time chat/qualification tools like Qualified or Drift. Ability to write and maintain production integrations — Python, JavaScript, or equivalent — connecting AI agents to CRM, MAP, and sequencing tools via APIs. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you need to ship working code, not just configure no-code tools. Understanding of pipeline math and unit economics: you should be able to work backward from a revenue target to SQLs required, conversion rates by stage, and the specific AI interventions that move each number. If someone says "we need 67 SQLs per quarter at 20% win rate and $75K ASD," you should immediately know where AI can compress that funnel. Experience with AI agent orchestration — managing multiple AI agents working different segments or functions simultaneously, resolving conflicts, preventing duplicate outreach, and maintaining data quality in the hub (Salesforce). Demonstrated ability to build prompt libraries, training datasets, and refinement workflows for AI agents — treating agent training as a discipline, not a one-time setup. Comfort operating in a company doing ~$4M ARR with a small, high-intensity team. You will not have a large support staff. You will do the work yourself and scale through automation, not delegation. Strong opinions on when AI should replace human effort versus augment it — and the judgment to know that bad AI automation destroys deals faster than no automation at all. Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem — understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, data protection, and compliance workflows is a major advantage. You don't need to be a Salesforce admin, but you need to understand what our buyers care about and why Why Flosum Category-defining opportunity: You will shape the future of how enterprises build on Salesforce. This is not incremental; it is transformational. Direct CEO partnership: You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founder who is deeply technical, product-obsessed, and committed to building the best platform in the Salesforce ecosystem. Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will directly impact how the world's largest and most complex organizations operate. AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are rewriting the rules. Flosum is the first native platform to integrate these capabilities. You will define what comes next. Missionary culture: We hire people who want to make a dent, not pad a resume. If you are looking for a place where your work matters and your ideas are heard, this is it. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonus Direct access to Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences (Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX), and customer engagement

Location Our Principal Technical Product Owner - Doi T Partner Platform will be an integral part of our Product Management team. This role is based remotely in the East US, Canada, the UK or Ireland. Who We Are Doi T is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production. Delivering Doi T Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency. With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, Gen AI, Cloud Ops, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide. The Opportunity We’re hiring a Principal Technical Product Owner to drive the strategy, rapid delivery, and iteration for the Doi T Partner Platform. This platform enables cloud partners, resellers, and service providers to operate, monetize, and scale their cloud businesses across major hyperscalers. The platform is designed to help partners manage the operational and financial complexity of the cloud ecosystem, including cloud billing, margin management, customer lifecycle workflows, and partner-led service delivery. This senior role is built for a leader with a "technical founder" mindset. You will act as the tip of the spear for all Doi T Partner Platform initiatives , serving as a leader amongst the product team to guide the broader product vision and set the standard for execution. You will bring relentless curiosity about how the cloud ecosystem works, a deep understanding of hyperscaler partner programs, and the confidence to test ideas directly with domain experts. The right leader will have held hands-on roles within the cloud ecosystem—such as cloud operations, cloud billing / Fin Ops, or partner operations—and will bring direct experience working with channel business models. In addition to hands-on execution, you will help direct strategy, align cross-functional teams, and mentor other technical product owners across the organization. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Delivery Act as the "tip of the spear" for the Doi T Partner Platform: Serve as the foremost product authority and a leader amongst peers, driving alignment across multiple product squads and setting the bar for product excellence. Own the overarching strategy, delivery, iteration, and learning velocity for major platform components. Partner with VP-level leadership to define strategic direction, translating it into clear problems to solve and shippable scope. Direct and mentor other Technical Product Owners to elevate product management practices, ensuring cohesive execution across the entire platform portfolio. Drive the feedback loop across teams: discover → define → build → release → measure → iterate, repeatedly. Review technical designs, reason about complex tradeoffs and constraints, and understand their impact on delivery timelines and system behavior, without being the primary implementer. Deep Partner & Ecosystem Understanding Leverage your hands-on experience within the cloud ecosystem and understanding of channel, reseller, and partner business models. Develop deep empathy for the workflows of cloud partners: billing operations, margin management, reseller customer management, support operations, and service delivery. Use direct partner conversations and operational insight to identify friction, gaps, and strategic opportunities to improve how partners run their cloud businesses. Cloud Billing & Partner Operations Expertise Bring strong understanding of cloud billing constructs, marketplace programs, margin models, and partner incentives across hyperscalers. Help shape complex platform capabilities that manage or abstract complexity in areas such as: Multi-cloud billing aggregation. Partner margin and discount models. Customer invoicing and revenue operations. Usage and cost transparency. Marketplace and private offer workflows. Executive & Partner Validation Speak frequently with key partners (aiming for 3–5 conversations a week) and internal stakeholders to validate ideas, refine workflows, and test assumptions. Engage deeply with executive stakeholders at cloud partners, MSPs, SIs, and resellers to understand how they operate their cloud businesses. Communicate clearly and confidently: share concepts early, take feedback openly, synthesize input into strategic decisions, and explain "why" in a way that builds trust and consensus among peers and leadership. Engineering-Embedded Technical Product Ownership Operate as a core leader working closely with Engineering leaders—present in daily collaboration, crisp in decision-making, and pragmatic about constraints. Partner with Engineering leads on sequencing, technical tradeoffs, and delivery planning—ensuring product intent survives implementation realities. Ensure components are cohesive across UX, APIs, data, and operational behavior, supporting partner-grade reliability and scalability. Quality, Outcomes, Trust & Governance Define what “success” means for the platform portfolio with clear metrics (partner adoption, onboarding speed, billing accuracy, workflow completion, retention, reliability signals, partner-reported impact). Instrument learning: ensure releases are measurable and that insights reliably flow back into portfolio prioritization. Ensure platform capabilities account for the operational realities of the cloud partner ecosystem, including billing accuracy, financial reconciliation, and auditability. Qualifications Extensive product leadership experience with 10+ years of direct experience in the cloud ecosystem, ideally across roles such as cloud operations, Fin Ops, partner operations, or building platforms that serve cloud customers or partners. Proven ability to act as a "player-coach"—driving high-level strategy, executing hands-on alongside engineering, and directing/mentoring other product owners as a respected peer leader. Strong experience with cloud billing systems, cost and usage data, or revenue operations within cloud environments. Deep understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem (resellers, MSPs, SIs, distributors, marketplaces). Candidates have likely worked within the partner ecosystem at some point in their careers. Experience building or operating platforms that serve channel or partner-driven business models. Strong product sense for turning messy operational problems into clear scope and shipped value with an excellent user experience. Technical fluency in cloud fundamentals and APIs across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure. Coding experience is a plus—enough to collaborate effectively with engineers, reason about feasibility, and understand system behaviors. Must have demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate product specifications and development. Excellent communication skills: ability to engage deeply with partners, cloud experts, and internal stakeholders at the executive level. A bias for action and continuous improvement: you ship, measure, learn, and iterate. How Success Will Be Measured You are universally recognized by your peers and leadership as the driving force and primary authority ("tip of the spear") for the Partner Platform's product direction. Platform capabilities ship frequently with clear partner value. Partner feedback loops are strong and visibly influence the overarching roadmap. Adoption across the partner ecosystem increases and partner operational workflows improve measurably. Billing accuracy, financial transparency, and operational scalability improve for partners using the platform. Engineering teams consistently have clarity on the next most valuable increment to build—and why. Other product owners on the team are effectively mentored, aligned, and elevated through your leadership. Are you a Do’er? Be your truest self. Work on your terms. Make a difference.
