Role Overview This is a senior, hands-on commercial leadership role responsible for building and scaling the European market for biologics, cell therapy, and gene therapy CDMO services. The position operates as a sole regional contributor, with full ownership of market entry, pipeline generation, strategic partnerships, and revenue delivery. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the European go-to-market strategy., • Generate, manage, and close new CDMO development and GMP manufacturing opportunities., • Build and maintain a high-quality commercial pipeline across preclinical, clinical, and commercial stages., • Establish strategic partnerships with biotech, pharma, and ATMP developers., • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions., • Act as the senior European point of contact for clients and partners., • Work closely with technical, manufacturing, and QA teams to align commercial strategy with operational delivery., • Represent the company at key industry events and within the European biotech ecosystem., • Support future European team build as the business scales. Required Experience • 5+ years’ experience in Business Development or Commercial Leadership within: Biologics CDMO, • Proven success operating as a solo regional contributor with full revenue ownership., • Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing, tech transfer, and CMC strategy., • Established network within the European biotech and pharma landscape., • Track record of closing long-cycle, high-value enterprise deals.
