This is a rewarding and meaningful role, overseeing multiple services supporting adults with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex behaviours, and other challenged.\n\nYou’ll ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently across your area, while leading and developing staff teams to create environments where both they and the people we support can thrive.\n\nLocation: Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire\n\nJob Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)\n\nSalary: £36,000 per annum\n\nShift Pattern: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with additional out-of-hours on-call duties as part of the on-call rota\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n£36,000 per annum\n40-hour Full-Time Contract\n28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)\nA meaningful and rewarding role where you can directly influence outcomes for people we support\nOpportunities for leadership, professional development, and career progression\nSupportive and values-driven working environment\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nProven leadership and management experience in supported living environment or similar health and social care settings.\nLevel 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required as a minimum.\nLevel 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) is desirable, or a willingness to work towards this qualification.\nStrong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care.\nExperience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.\nProven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.\nStrong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.\nA passion and drive and make a difference.\n\nRequirements:\n\nMust be 18 or over.\nMust have the right to work in the UK.\nMust be able to speak and understand English to a good standard for effective communication, record-keeping and safeguarding the wellbeing of those you will be supporting.\nA full Enhanced DBS Check will be required for the successful candidates.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\nProvide strategic and operational oversight of multiple supported living services.\nLead, coach, and develop the management team to ensure safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.\nMonitor service quality, performance, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.\nEnsure regulatory compliance, including CQC standards, health and safety governance.\nLead and support workforce management across your area.\nAct as a senior point of contact for families, commissioners, local authorities, and external professionals.\nPromote a positive culture of inclusion, respect, accountability, and person-centred values.\nUse audits, performance data, and feedback to inform service improvement and strategic development.\nSupport referrals, occupancy management, and service development in line with organisational objectives.\nAct as a key link between operational delivery and senior management, ensuring effective communication.\n\nAbout Us\n\nKeyline Care Supported Living is committed to ensuring that individuals who use our services receive great enabling support from a team of highly trained and engaged staff in environments that are homely and comfortable.\n\nAt Keyline Care, we are like family, our team is small and friendly, with over 110 years of combined experience in social care and a passion for providing care that works for every individual.
