We’re looking for a Global E‑Commerce Manager to lead Alliance’s global e‑commerce acceleration across priority pure play and omnichannel retail partners. Reporting to the Global E-Commerce Director, our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire (2 days a week hybrid) At Alliance, we specialise in advanced skincare solutions (KeloCote, Hydomol, and more) and vitamins, minerals & supplements (MacuShield, Forceval & Amberen….) Backed by innovation and driven by purpose, we're on an exciting journey of commercial acceleration and growth worldwide. What you’ll be responsible for • Own and activate the global e‑commerce growth strategy across key retail partners, • Turn e‑commerce levers into results: assortment, digital shelf, retail media, promo, availability, • Build best‑in‑class execution frameworks that scale across regions, • Lead joint business planning with priority retailers to unlock mutual growth, • Translate data into clear performance stories that influence senior leaders, • Partner cross‑functionally (media, supply chain, commercial) to deliver sustainable, profitable growth, • Act as a thought leader for digital‑first, customer‑obsessed commerce excellence Who we’re looking for • Proven experience managing pure play and/or omnichannel retailers, ideally across EMEA or globally, • A track record of driving accelerated e‑commerce revenue growth, • Strong commercial acumen you know how inputs drive outputs, • Confident influencer across cultures, markets, and functions (without formal authority), • Deep understanding of digital shelf excellence, retail media, performance levers, and platform dynamics, • Curious, resilient, and energised by building scalable, repeatable excellence, • A natural strategic storyteller who turns complexity into clarity Why this role? • Global scope, real accountability and ownership, real impact, • A seat at the table shaping Alliance’s digital e-commerce future, • The chance to raise the bar for e‑commerce excellence across brands and markets, • Great benefits including a competitive salary, up to 25% bonus potential, up to 10% employer pension contribution, BUPA, Life Assurance, Cycle and Electric car schemes, etc, • Work life balance - 25 days holiday, plus celebration and volunteering days, and option to buy an additional 10 holiday days!!
