Andrews Mortgage Services are recruiting for a Mortgage & Protection adviser to spearhead an exciting new chapter. Working within the New Homes division in the south-west and being instrumental in making this part of the business grow. In this role you would be responsible for maximising all new business opportunities generated on the many New Homes sites currently offered for sale by the Andrews Property Group. You’ll start to build long-term relationships using effective people and communication skills while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Keen to develop and expand your own capabilities as this area of Andrews expands. You’ll be part of one team, working together, and sharing knowledge and information, to ensure our clients get advice that helps them to make sound financial decisions and enjoy their new home. Our benefits package includes: • A basic salary range including OTE of £47,000 to £77,000pa depending on experience with uncapped earnings for those who are truly successful., • £3k car allowance, • Apprenticeship and Industry Qualification opportunities, • Career pathways programme to support development, • Employee Assistance Support Platform, • Employee Referral Programme, • Additional Birthday Day Off on top of annual leave allowance, • Pension and Death in Service Benefit, • Cycle to Work Scheme, • Optional Health Care Plan, • Commission and Bonus Schemes, • A 5-day working week The Successful Candidate will have: • A desire to be part of something that is growing and enthusiasm to see it meet its full potential., • Proven experience providing mortgage advice within the New Homes arena, • A CeMAP or equivalent qualifications, • Good understanding of market demand and customer behaviour, • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, • A self-motivated and positive attitude, • Excellent organisational skills, and an eye for detail, • Familiarity with the use of IT systems, • Their own transport and full UK driving licence, • A professional approach to their work coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude. Key Responsibilities of the role: • To build successful relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectations., • To identify business prospects i.e. applicants, vendors, viewers and clients who may also buy with another agent. Match them with appropriate Mortgage, Protection and General Insurance products., • To be effective in following up all new and existing business leads generated from the above including those from our existing client portfolio., • Ensure all customers are fully aware of the process they are entering into, including the costs and financial implication., • To fully utilise and comply with systems and procedures which are in place., • To maximise business efficiency through effective diary and system management, ensuring we make the best use of our time, and work to suit the needs of our customers., • Ensure you understand your personal KPIs, to lead to achieving and exceeding the figures required to satisfy the branch/department performance.
