Monitor product availability and initiate timely stock replenishment. Train and support staff in product knowledge, customer service, and in-store procedures. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring positive outcomes. Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene policies, Perform regular floor walks to monitor team performance and identify operational issues. Assist with scheduling shifts, break times, and assigning tasks during peak hours. Report staff issues, and operational concerns to the Floor or Store Manager.
