Search are currently working in conjunction with a large organisation based in Halifax who are looking to recruit a HR & Payroll Manager to join the business. Job Duties: • Processing end to end monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance - also overseeing weekly payroll when other team members off, • Overseeing all employee records including: starters, leavers, any pay changes and any deductions that need to be made, • Overseeing pension contributions and autoenrollment for employees, • Ensure HMRC compliance at all times, • Advised on any payroll queries that may arise, • Overseeing the HR lifecycle for the business including recruitment, probation, inductions and exit interviews, • Updating HR records and ensuring compliance at all times, • Supporting management with any employee relations Candidate must possess: • Working knowledge of SAGE and also Microsoft proficient, • CIPD Level 5 (Desirable), • End to end payroll processing knowledge, • Knowledgeable with employment law and HMRC legislation, • Strong communication skills, • Ability to work independently and manage timed deadlines What's on offer: • Salary up to £45000 per annum, • 28 days annual leave (banks including), • Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00, • Pension, • Free on site parking
