Job Title: Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant Location: Hybrid in London (2-3 days) Employment Type: 6 month FTC Salary: Competitive Start Date: Immediate Industry: Enterprise MSP We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant to support the configuration, integration, and enhancement of Fusion Projects (PPM) and its connectivity with Fusion Financials. This role involves defining configurations, documenting functional designs, and supporting integrations, conversions, and reporting within a large-scale ERP transformation programme. You’ll collaborate closely with technical and finance teams, conduct CRP sessions, and ensure business requirements are accurately mapped to Fusion configurations and system processes. Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant – Key Responsibilities • Configure Fusion Projects (PPM) and ensure alignment with downstream Fusion Financials modules., • Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions and map business requirements to system configurations., • Define and maintain configuration documentation and functional specifications for integrations, extensions, and reports., • Support data conversion and identify the right approach (API vs. FBDI) for onboarding legacy data., • Work with Fusion BPM workflows, integrations, and reporting tools (BIP, OTBI)., • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical design specs for PPM and Financials., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom processes and system flows for integrated solutions., • Leverage Fusion APIs, FBDIs, and reporting capabilities to enable data migration, validation, and reporting accuracy. Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant – Key Skills Required • Proven experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) and Financials., • Strong understanding of PPM capabilities, downstream processes, and integration points., • Hands-on knowledge of Fusion APIs, FBDIs, BPM workflows, BIP & OTBI reporting., • Experience in requirements mapping, CRP sessions, and configuration documentation., • Ability to define functional and technical specs for integrations and reports., • Experience in data conversion and cutover planning., • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
