ARC's team of experts cover IVD regulatory compliance, study design and approvals, quality assurance including vendor due diligence and management along with a team of clinical research experts who manage the IVD study, ensuring it is conducted in compliance with local and global GCP, and that the biomarker data is robust and reliable. Job Purpose: To be an integral member and Clinical Lead to project team(s) in the development and delivery of ARC’s Sponsor Delegation offering to client companies, ensuring that client objectives are met and always exceeded. This will require the utilisation of a platinum standard approach to clinical research project management, internal and external stakeholder satisfaction as well as an innate work ethic that is aligned with the company’s core values. Key Responsibilities: • Study design, strategy, planning (timeline, resources and budget management)., • Coordinating clinical operational activities with internal stakeholders and clients, including pharma company and central testing laboratories conducting the studies., • Development and /or review of associated documentation including documents such as CPSP, CSP, investigator brochure, informed consent for devices, risk-based monitoring plan and reports, in compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines and SOPs., • Client management, issue resolution, troubleshooting and ongoing coordination between all relevant groups to maintain compliance to protocol, patient safety and robust data collection and provision of regular updates to project progression., • Set up, manage and track studies, supporting study completion within agreed timelines and budget. Identify and enlist suitable study sites, and coordinate site management activities, with site audit, Site Qualification Visit, and study set up across USA, EU and Asia/Pac regions., • Understanding and application of relevant regulatory requirements and ethical approvals for conducting studies (e.g. IVDR requirements for EU, FDA requirements for USA, GCP, ISO20915)., • Managing the study close out activities including, essential documentation filing and completion between study testing site(s) and sponsor TMF, ethical and regulatory bodies notification of study close, study close out report., • Generation of clinical study reports and related documentation to submit to regulatory authorities, ethical review boards and local agencies such as national competent authority. Clinical Research Associate Location: Belfast / requires travel when required Job Purpose: Act in the role of clinical site monitor to regularly visit/remotely assess in vitro diagnostic medical device clinical study sites and ensure that the study is conducted in compliance with the study protocol, ICH GCP and local regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: • The CRA will be involved in all aspects of the in vitro diagnostic clinical trial, including qualification of investigational sites as well as setting up, initiating, monitoring and close-out of assigned study sites. The CRA will be required to carry out the following duties at clinical investigation sites:, • Complete appropriate training sessions with Project Leads, • Identify and assess the suitability of facilities to be used as the device study/investigation site, • Conduct site monitoring in accordance with the study protocol/risk-based site monitoring plan, • Liaise with site to agree study personnel availability and visit date, • Provide written confirmation of visit date and agenda, • Prepare and review detailed study monitoring reports, • Provide detailed study data and communication trackers in timely manner (as per protocol/monitoring plan), • Follow up on site and sponsor actions to close out;, • Present and train study protocols to research study teams, • Collect all site documents for Sponsor records, • Reconcile site regulatory binder with Sponsor Master File, • Attend Investigator Meetings, • Design and complete SDV case report forms, • Coordinate with the ethics committee on study continuation and annual reporting, • Report to ARC Regulatory Project Lead to prioritise actions., • Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by ARC Regulatory management. About the project The OSINT Investigator utilises their open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigation skills to conduct research and analysis of open-source information in support of CIR’s Terrorism research project objectives. As an OSINT Investigator, you will use your expertise to acquire and analyse information from open sources, extracting the key pieces of information to write high-quality narrative reports and project products that are comprehensive, verified, accurate, and placed correctly within the context of Pakistani affairs. • You will work with and support the Investigations Lead and Senior Project Manager, ensuring that your analysis is focused effectively to meet project tasking and product priorities., • You will also provide assistance to the team to understand the cultural, political, and social dynamics of Pakistan., • Provide subject-matter expertise on Violent Extremist Organisation (VEO) ecosystems in Pakistan, guiding analytical direction and helping translate complex open-source intelligence (OSINT) and social media intelligence (SOCMINT) findings into clear, decision-relevant insights for stakeholders and donors., • Employ OSINT and SOCMINT tools, techniques and methodologies to conduct analysis of trends, and issues related to Violent Extremist Organisation (VEO) activity in Pakistan., • Conduct research and analysis as directed in support of project reporting objectives., • Mentor and support analysts by offering guidance on methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices in monitoring and propaganda analysis., • Track and analyse propaganda, messaging trends, and narrative shifts from VEOs in Pakistan, including across public platforms (TikTok, Facebook) and niche or encrypted platforms (Telegram, Rocket.Chat, Element), including semi-closed communities where accessible., • Conduct propaganda analysis (themes, narratives, key influencers, and dissemination networks) and track changes over time., • Identify emerging platforms, communication trends, and shifts in VEO platform usage to maintain collection relevance., • Assist with the development, writing, and review of analytical outputs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery across products, while identifying new lines of inquiry and investigation., • Assist with translation of collected content (required languages: Pashto and Urdu; Dari would be beneficial)., • Proven ability to analyse Violent Extremist Organisation activity, including propaganda, narratives, and platform usage trends within the regional context in Pakistan., • Experience using open-source and social media intelligence tools and techniques to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data into actionable insights., • Ability to identify trends, assess messaging shifts, and produce high-quality, accurate, and timely analytical outputs that inform decision-making.
