To support our business growth and strengthen our financial management, we are now seeking a skilled Financial Accounts Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions in accordance with UK accounting standards, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to all statutory and regulatory obligations. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and annual budgets; conduct financial analysis and performance reviews to provide insights that support management in strategic and operational planning. Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and credit control, ensuring effective cash flow management and sound financial operations. Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and HMRC to ensure accurate tax filings, audit compliance, and the timely submission of statutory financial reports and regulatory documentation. Design, implement, and maintain robust internal financial control systems and reporting procedures to safeguard company assets, promote accountability, and assist management in business growth and investment decisions.
