The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to join a small, high-performing team that punches far above its size in terms of deal complexity and client base. Associates work directly alongside globally recognised partners, gaining hands-on exposure to both the legal and commercial aspects of structured finance transactions. The role offers the chance to advise on: • Complex, multi-jurisdictional securitisation and structured finance transactions, including RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, and trade receivables deals, • Warehouse financing arrangements, note issuances, and structured product transactions, • The financing and restructuring of non-performing loan portfolios and alternative credit structures, • A variety of transactions for banks, funds, corporates, and financial sponsors This is the perfect environment for lawyers who want to combine technical excellence with commercial impact and who value being part of a team where their contributions are recognised and their career development is taken seriously.
