With a growing portfolio of specialist businesses, Celnor provides essential services that protect people, property and the environment.While each business retains its own identity, culture and technical specialism, all are supported by a central group function that invests in people, systems and long-term sustainable growth.Job detailsThis position is ideally suited to an experienced, degree qualified Authorising Engineer (Water) or Senior Consultant with relevant professional qualifications and at least three years experience delivering Authorising Engineer (Water) services, particularly within the NHS, alongside specialist consultancy advice focused on managing the risk of infection from waterborne pathogens.IHEEM Authorising Engineer Registration would be beneficial but the lack of would not exclude strong candidates from consideration for this position.What you will doVerifying design compliance and managing handovers for new builds and refurbishment projects.Producing tender specifications and supporting tender execution processes.Interpreting biological analysis results and advising on corrective actions.Implementing electronic logging, reporting, and data management systems.Managing bespoke consultancy and water safety improvement projects.Supporting clients with regulatory compliance and best practice guidance.Delivering tailored training courses accredited by C&G and ILM.Who you areDegree educated Authorising Engineer (Water) / Senior Consultant with at least three years relevant experience.Experienced in delivering AE(W) services, particularly within NHS and healthcare environments.Strong knowledge of water safety, Legionella control, and waterborne pathogen risk management.Confident providing high-level consultancy advice and interpreting HTM guidance and legislation.Skilled in auditing, compliance assessment, and technical report writing.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach.Join usYoull be joining a business where your contribution matters and where professionalism, integrity and teamwork are genuinely valued.
