Job Purpose: We’re looking for a proactive 3PL Warehouse Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of En Route’s third‑party warehouse network across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Warehouse Lead, this role plays a key part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly - ensuring stock accuracy, SLA performance, and strong collaboration with our 3PL partners. You’ll be a central operational contact for external warehouse providers, helping monitor daily activity, investigate issues, and ensure data flows accurately between warehouses and our ERP system. What you’ll be doing: 3PL Warehouse Operations • Support daily operations across assigned third‑party warehouses in line with agreed processes., • Act as a first point of contact for routine operational queries from warehouse partners., • Monitor daily warehouse activity, including receipts, dispatches, returns, and inventory adjustments., • Identify service issues, delays, or process deviations and escalate where needed., • Support investigations and corrective actions to resolve operational issues. SLA Monitoring & Performance • Track warehouse performance against agreed SLAs., • Log, monitor, and follow up on operational issues to completion., • Highlight recurring issues or risks and escalate to the Warehouse Lead., • Support preparation of performance data for reviews and reporting. Stock Control & Inventory Accuracy • Monitor stock movements to ensure accurate and timely ERP transactions., • Support stock reconciliations, discrepancy investigations, and data validation., • Assist with remote cycle counts and support physical counts when required., • Ensure damages, losses, or discrepancies are recorded and communicated correctly. Logistics & Fulfilment Support • Support inbound and outbound movements with suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs., • Help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time., • Investigate delivery issues, shortages, or damages and support resolution., • Validate shipping documentation such as packing lists and delivery paperwork. Cross‑functional Collaboration • Work closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance teams., • Provide timely updates on warehouse activity and operational issues., • Support finance queries relating to inventory and stock transactions. Reporting & Administration • Maintain accurate records of issues, actions, and resolutions., • Produce routine operational and stock movement reports., • Support the upkeep of warehouse SOPs and operational documentation. What we’re looking for: Essential • Experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or stock control., • Exposure to working with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs)., • Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory flows., • Experience using ERP systems and managing stock transactions., • Good Excel skills and a high level of data accuracy., • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., • Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and external partners., • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Desirable • Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience., • Experience with Microsoft Business Central or a similar ERP system., • Background in FMCG, food, or consumer goods supply chains., • Basic understanding of import/export or international logistics.
