The home consists of four en-suite bedrooms within a modern therapeutic environment. Occupancy will initially remain capped at three children aged 10 -17 unless otherwise agreed by the local authority and consistent with safe staffing, matching considerations, and regulatory expectations. The Responsible Individual will act on behalf of the registered provider to supervise the management of the home, promote high standards of care, safeguard children effectively, and ensure full compliance with the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Registered Manager, Director, and independent Regulation 44 visitor to ensure the home operates with strong accountability, reflective practice, and a culture focused on positive outcomes for children and young people.
