    Labour Base & Attache London is seeking an exceptional, highly organised and commercially minded Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level executive, operational and personal support. This is a high-trust position suited to an experienced Executive Assistant who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and acting as a key extension of the CEO. The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet, commercially aware and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. The role will extend beyond traditional diary and administrative support. You will be closely involved in business operations, strategic projects, client and candidate relationships, recruitment activity, lifestyle management and day-to-day execution of the CEO's priorities. You will need excellent judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate what is required before being asked. Key Responsibilities Executive & Business Support • Act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, managing priorities and ensuring key actions are followed through., • Manage and coordinate the CEO's diary, meetings, appointments and commitments., • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, documents and presentations for meetings., • Attend meetings where appropriate, take accurate notes and ensure actions are followed up., • Manage confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO., • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the CEO's priorities are delivered efficiently., • Monitor deadlines, commitments and outstanding actions across multiple areas of the business., • Help the CEO maintain structure, organisation and momentum across a busy schedule. Business Operations & Projects • Support the CEO with strategic and operational projects from conception through to completion., • Take ownership of specific projects and initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met., • Conduct research, prepare reports and collate information to support business decisions., • Assist with the implementation of new processes, systems and business initiatives., • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and proactively resolve operational issues., • Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects and priorities remain on track., • Prepare regular updates on project progress, outstanding actions and key priorities. Client, Candidate & Relationship Management • Support the CEO in managing key client and business relationships., • Maintain a high standard of communication with clients, candidates, partners and other stakeholders., • Coordinate meetings, introductions, interviews and follow-up communications., • Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling and communication., • Maintain accurate records and ensure important relationship and recruitment information is organised and accessible., • Represent the CEO and the businesses professionally when communicating with external stakeholders., • Build strong working relationships across the wider network of clients, candidates and business contacts. Personal & Lifestyle Management • Manage a range of personal and lifestyle requirements for the CEO with complete discretion and professionalism., • Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, travel arrangements and events., • Arrange personal errands, purchases, deliveries and household or lifestyle requirements., • Research and organise restaurants, hotels, experiences, events and other personal arrangements., • Manage personal schedules alongside professional commitments., • Anticipate personal requirements and proactively resolve issues before they become a concern., • Be flexible when occasional out-of-hours support is required. Travel & Events • Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers and itineraries., • Coordinate business trips, meetings and events involving the CEO and key stakeholders., • Ensure all travel arrangements are seamless, well planned and appropriately documented., • Assist with the organisation of dinners, networking events, client meetings and other engagements. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who is accustomed to supporting a senior executive, founder, entrepreneur or CEO. You will be someone who: • Is exceptionally organised and able to manage competing priorities., • Is proactive and naturally anticipates the needs of the person they support., • Has excellent attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture., • Is commercially aware and interested in how a business operates., • Is confident dealing with senior clients, candidates and external stakeholders., • Can work independently and make sensible decisions without constant direction., • Is comfortable managing both professional and personal responsibilities., • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Is discreet, trustworthy and understands the importance of confidentiality., • Is calm under pressure and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment., • Has a strong sense of ownership and takes pride in getting things done., • Is polished, personable and represents the CEO and company professionally. Essential Experience & Skills • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff Assistant or similar senior support role., • Experience supporting a CEO, founder, entrepreneur, senior executive or high-profile individual., • Strong diary, calendar and organisational management skills., • Experience coordinating complex projects and multiple stakeholders., • Excellent written and verbal communication., • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and modern business technology., • Excellent research, organisation and problem-solving abilities., • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information., • Ability to manage both business and personal responsibilities with professionalism., • Strong relationship-management skills. Desirable • Experience within recruitment, professional services, hospitality, luxury, property or another client-focused environment., • Experience supporting an entrepreneurial or rapidly growing business., • Existing experience coordinating recruitment processes or candidate relationships., • Strong London knowledge and an established network of trusted suppliers, venues and services., • Experience with international travel and complex itineraries., • Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
