What you’ll be doing • Door-to-door engagement in targeted residential areas, • Introducing a high-speed broadband service to homeowners, • Generating and qualifying leads for the sales team, • Booking appointments and creating genuine interest, • Working towards daily and weekly targetsWhat we’re looking for, • Confident and approachable communicator, • Positive, resilient mindset – comfortable with rejection, • Target-driven and motivated by earning commission, • Previous customer-facing or sales experience is helpful, not essential, • Happy working outdoors and covering local areasWhat’s in it for you, • £25,000 basic salary, • Realistic £6,000–£10,000 annual commission (uncapped), • Monday to Friday working pattern, • Optional Saturday overtime to boost earnings, • Full training and ongoing support, • Clear progression into field sales or leadership roles #INDMM
