Our uniqueness • We reverse-engineer real work, map knowledge, and build hybrid AI + human workflows, • We augment experts rather than replace them, • We deploy custom AI into real business processes with measurable impact, • We work directly with decision-makers who value speed, quality, and judgment The Role We are looking for a Business Development Intern to work side-by-side with our founder (Guillaume) across the entire commercial journey — from identifying opportunities, shaping offers, and producing material, to sitting in key conversations. Your work will directly influence how MosaiQ grows. Your Responsibilities Sales & Lead Flow • Track leads and conversations, staying on top of momentum, • Prepare notes, summaries, and write-ups before and after calls, • Support follow-ups and opportunity nurturing, • Capture client requirements and translate them into structured information Market & Opportunity Research • Map target firms, partners, and verticals with high potential, • Monitor market signals (fundraises, new hires, expansions), • Identify promising accounts and strategic angles Content & Collateral Creation • Draft short pitch notes, proposals, one-pagers, and follow-up emails, • Help refine value propositions and storytelling, • Support case studies, client stories, and light social content Commercial Process & Product • Help refine offers, pricing structures, and AI modules, • Test and document what works to accelerate sales, • Learn to think in workflows — turning messy real-world processes into hybrid AI–human systems Who You Are You’ll thrive here if you: • Are naturally curious, structured, and proactive, • Enjoy understanding how businesses actually operate, • Use AI tools actively to get work done (not just interested - already applying) Bonus points if you: • Have used workflow/AI builders (Zapier, Make, Claude Projects, Copilot Studio, Langflow, Replit Agents, etc.), • Have exposure to consulting, strategy, or data-heavy roles, • Can turn ambiguous founder input into concrete, structured output, • Spot patterns in messy information and make sense of it Mindset That Matters • Entrepreneurial — you act like a builder, not a task-taker, • Bias to action — progress today beats perfect next week, • Ownership — you drive work, not wait for tasks, • You want to turn ideas into products, not watch from the sidelines What You Gain • Direct exposure — client calls, pipeline, and real sales conversations, • Experience turning real workflows into AI modules and products, • Understanding how companies adopt AI beyond the hype, • A front-row seat in shaping go-to-market foundations, • Path to evolve into a full-time commercial role if the fit is right
