Responsibilities • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity., • Administer medication accurately according to care plans and document all care provided diligently., • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences., • Support clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment., • Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities., • Drive clients to appointments, social outings, or errands safely while adhering to all traffic laws., • Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to relevant healthcare professionals promptly. Requirements • Proven experience in assisted living, home care, or nursing home environments is highly desirable., • Knowledge of patient care techniques including dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice care, and senior care practices., • Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and handle physical tasks safely., • Valid driving license with a clean driving record for transportation duties., • Certifications in first aid and medication administration are preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided., • Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to caregiving., • Ability to manage behavior effectively and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
