Building Maintenance Technician York 6 month contract £30k pa We are looking for a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to work for our client based in York to help keep the office building facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across building systems and equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of maintenance issues, from minor repairs to coordinating larger fixes. Key Responsibilities for the Building Maintenance Technician : Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (plumbing, electrical, lighting, decorating etc.) Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair issues in a timely manner Ensure all jobs are completed on time and within agreed standards.
