Key Responsibilities Administrative Management • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity., • Develop and implement office policies and procedures., • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed., • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff., • Manage office budget, track expenses, and prepare financial reports., • Recruitment Support, • Assist with the coordination and administration of recruitment processes., • Support the recruitment team with scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment databases., • Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and company policies. Staff Management • Supervise and support administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations., • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure effective workflow., • Foster a positive and collaborative office environment. Communication and Coordination • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and communication., • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication., • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers. Office Maintenance • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained., • Oversee maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities., • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols. Support to Management - Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. - Assist with special projects and events as needed. - Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a recruitment or educational setting., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Strong leadership and team management abilities., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)., • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively., • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills., • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
