Job Title: Business Development Manager / Valuer Location: Wandsworth, London Required: 2-5 years experience Salary: £35k -45k Base , £75-£100k OTE first year, £125-£150K OTE second year. Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based, Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm (one 7pm finish a week); up to two Saturdays a month 10am – 3pm Join a fast-paced and ambitious London estate agency. We’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Negotiator to become part of a dynamic team in Wandsworth. With a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties — including auction and private treaty sales — this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of properties and respond to inbound enquiries, • Book and carry out property viewings across London and surrounding areas, • Communicate with buyers and sellers, providing regular updates and guidance, • Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion, • Work closely with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage advisors, • Prospect for new listings through outbound calls, emails, and portal leads, • Minimum 5 years sales experience, in estate agency or property, • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills, • Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines, • Energetic, target-driven, and proactive in approach, • Knowledge of the London property market is a plus, • Competitive base salary with commission structure, • Fast-paced, team-oriented working environment, • Exposure to a wide range of property types and deals If you're ready for an exciting challenge and would like to be part of an innovative team, apply today!
