Key Responsibilities • Establish and maintain strong service relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and full alignment with service contracts, SLAs, and LTSA requirements., • Plan, govern, and execute O&M activities in compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and applicable standards., • Develop, own, and embed a strong safety culture across the Trina Storage Business Unit, ensuring safety leadership at all organizational levels., • Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues impacting product and system performance; proactively define recovery plans and lead execution to restore normal operations., • Lead internal and external root cause analysis and management of change activities, ensuring sustainable corrective and preventive actions., • Provide site support leadership and coordinate subcontractors and service vendors to ensure effective and compliant maintenance execution., • Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities in collaboration with regional service teams., • Manage on-site spare parts and spare unit inventories, ensuring availability, cost control, and timely replenishment., • Monitor and govern subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements, contractual obligations, and warranty conditions., • Own O&M budgets and drive cost efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and service quality., • Promote operational excellence and best practices across the organization, driving standardization and continuous improvement., • Ensure all maintenance activities are properly planned, executed, and documented within CMMS systems, with strong data quality and governance., • Monitor, analyze, and drive achievement of service KPIs and SLA commitments across all operational sites., • Lead escalation management for critical incidents, operational risks, and customer-impacting events., • Ensure service scope, SLAs, LTSA agreements, O&M strategies, and resource plans are clearly defined, approved, and consistently implemented. Role Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline., • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in operations, maintenance, or service delivery roles, including senior management or director-level leadership experience., • Proven ability to lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary teams in complex, multi-site operational environments., • Strong expertise in asset management, maintenance strategies, and O&M best practices across the asset lifecycle., • Demonstrated experience in the implementation, governance, and optimization of CMMS/EAM systems., • Solid technical knowledge of electrical equipment and systems, including AC/DC systems, low- and medium-voltage infrastructure, power conversion systems (PCS), and battery energy storage systems (BESS)., • Experience in customer-facing service delivery roles, including contract management, customer support, and handling critical operational situations., • Background in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or other large-scale technical operations environments., • Working knowledge of industry frameworks and standards such as ITIL, ISO 55000, ISO 20000, or equivalent., • UK-based, with a valid driving licence preferred.
