Responsibilities will include: Operations & Site Management • Oversee all day-to-day operations across the Coventry facility - Ensure smooth coordination between departments to meet production and delivery targets - Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where required - Develop and maintain efficient workflows, processes, and systems Planning & Production • Manage production planning to ensure deadlines and output targets are consistently met - Optimise resource allocation including labour, machinery, and materials - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste Quality Management • Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications - Oversee quality control processes and compliance with industry regulations - Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions - Promote a culture of quality and accountability across the workforce Health & Safety • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and internal policies - Lead initiatives to promote a strong safety culture across the business Purchasing & Supply Chain • Oversee purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services - Manage supplier relationships and performance - Ensure materials are available to meet production requirements without overstocking - Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain Warehouse & Logistics • Manage warehouse operations including goods in/out, storage, and stock control - Ensure accurate inventory management and reporting - Optimise warehouse layout and processes for efficiency - Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers
