Key Responsibilities • Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and prospecting., • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, landlords, estate agents, businesses, and homeowners., • Arrange meetings and introduce our building and maintenance services to potential clients., • Identify client requirements and present suitable service solutions., • Negotiate and close contracts and service agreements., • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities., • Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
