Your profile • You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, a related technical discipline or possess equivalent qualifications through education and experience., • You have proven experience in leading QHSE functions within the renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or related industries, as well as in building management systems from the ground up., • You have a deep understanding of international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and HSE legislation., • You have a flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a startup/ scale-up environment., • You have strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams across geographies and cultures., • You are a strategic and analytical thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
