Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will manage and develop existing client accounts while supporting regional growth. You will also collaborate with other members of the Account Management team to support the wider department. Salary & Hours £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) + quarterly bonus scheme 36-hour working week with flexible start and finish times - start earlier or finish later, provided you complete your daily hours Monday - Thursday: 8:20am - 4:30pm Friday: 8:20am - 1:30pm (early finish every week!) Supporting the Head of Sales, who manages new business activity, you will act as the primary contact for existing clients and work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service and technical support. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage and develop allocated customer accounts, communicating via telephone, email, and Teams to maintain strong relationships and high service standards Prepare and issue quotations to customers Identify and support opportunities within existing customer accounts Provide product information and Tier 1 technical support (full training provided) Create structured account action plans for key customers Track activity and contribute to monthly reporting Participate in ongoing training and development Support additional initiatives as required by the Head of Sales and wider business What We're Looking For Experience in an Account Manager or similar customer service/account-based role Strong commercial awareness Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and Teams Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365 A proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach A genuine interest in continuous improvementWhy Join This Business?
