Quantum Scholars is currently seeking compassionate, adaptable, and engaging Outreach Tutors to deliver tailored 1:1 support for pupils accessing alternative provision across Berkshire. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people by helping them overcome barriers to learning, rebuild confidence, and positively re-engage with education. We welcome applications from experienced tutors, teachers, intervention specialists, learning mentors, SEN professionals, youth workers, pastoral staff, HLTAs, TAs, and individuals with experience supporting children and young people with additional needs. About the Role You will provide personalised 1:1 outreach tuition and intervention support to primary and secondary-aged pupils who are currently unable to access mainstream education.
