Manage Microsoft 365 licence assignments and group memberships Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, coordinating with HR to ensure timely access provisioning and deprovisioning Assist with multi-factor authentication (MFA) enrolment and account recovery Infrastructure & Systems Ensure IT systems are running efficiently.
