What you’ll do • Own the end-to-end eCommerce strategy, driving revenue growth, conversion, and customer lifetime value., • Champion a seamless, inspiring online customer journey, optimising site performance across mobile and desktop., • Lead digital marketing, acquisition, and trading plans, ensuring alignment with launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns., • Manage technology and platform development, enhancements, and integrations to deliver a stable, scalable, and high-performing site., • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing eCommerce team, collaborating across merchandising, marketing, and operations.
