HR/Marketing Support Coordinator\n permanent\n £30k \n Cardiff \n\nSeeking an organised, proactive, and adaptable Business Support Coordinator to join a leading engineering company in Cardiff \n\nThis is a varied and hands-on role supporting several areas of the business including quality assurance, tendering, HR administration, marketing, compliance, and general office support. An engineering or construction background would be advantageous.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport and maintain the company’s ISO9001 Quality Assurance systems\nAssist with tender preparation and submissions for large-scale projects\nWork closely with Engineers to coordinate project documentation\nEnsure company policies and procedures are kept up to date\nAssist with HR administration and employee-related activities\nMarketing duties to inculde LinkedIn activity & company website \nProvide general office and administrative support\nAssist with invoicing during busy periods\nSupport the administration and accounting teams where required\nAbout You\n\nPrevious experience in administration, business support, HR, or office coordination\nEngineering or construction industry experience beneficial\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office and online systems\nMarketing skills/Social Media platforms \nPositive, flexible, and team-oriented approach\nWhats inculded:\n\nCompetitive salary circa £30,000\nFriendly and supportive working environment\nOpportunity to work across multiple areas of the business\nCareer development opportunities within a growing company\n\nPlease get in touch with Emma at RGB today
