We're looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This could be a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn, take on real responsibility and develop their experience in B2B technology sales and marketing. We're a UK technology company providing software solutions to businesses in the transport and logistics sector. We're a relatively small team, and that means you won't spend your first year watching from the sidelines — you'll have the opportunity to get involved in the real sales and marketing process from the start. What you'll be involved in: • Finding and researching potential customers, • Supporting sales campaigns and approaching new prospects, • Following up with prospects and existing customers, • Creating marketing and social media content, • Helping prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals, • Learning our products and understanding the business problems they solve, • Attending meetings with customers and prospective customers, • Occasionally travelling within the UK to visit customers, prospects and industry events, • Working directly with experienced members of our team You'll get exposure to the full sales journey — from identifying a potential customer and making initial contact through to demonstrations, customer meetings and helping build long-term relationships. We're not expecting you to arrive with years of sales experience. We're looking for someone who is confident, curious, willing to learn and comfortable talking to people. Good written and spoken communication is important, and an interest in technology and business would be an advantage. You should also be comfortable travelling within the UK when required. All reasonable business travel expenses will be covered by the company. Because we're a small team, this won't be a narrowly defined junior position. As your knowledge and confidence grow, we'd like your responsibilities and opportunities to grow with you. If you're looking for your first step into B2B technology sales and marketing and want the opportunity to gain genuine hands-on experience, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
