This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step within one of the country's leading professional kitchens. As Sous Chef you will: Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of the kitchen Lead and motivate the brigade during service, maintaining calm and consistent leadership Produce beautifully presented dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients Help develop and mentor junior chefs within the brigade Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation Assist with ordering, stock control, food cost management, and kitchen organisation Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety procedures are maintained to the highest standards Contribute ideas towards seasonal menu development and continuous improvement The ideal candidate will have experience within a Michelin Star or high-level Rosette kitchen and possess outstanding technical ability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for exceptional food.
