The business operates across several specialist divisions, delivering construction, refurbishment, and compliance-led works on residential, commercial, and public-sector buildings. Projects are typically undertaken in occupied and logistically constrained settings, requiring high standards of planning, coordination, and regulatory compliance. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong and secure pipeline of work within Fire Compartmentation. The role is site-based and will primarily involve managing projects across Central London. You will be responsible for delivering fire compartmentation schemes, typically within high-rise residential and commercial buildings, with project values up to £8m. There is also potential involvement in a portfolio of education sector projects, often delivered during summer holiday periods. Key Responsibilities • Full project lifecycle management from pre-start through to completion, • Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, • Maintaining compliance with fire safety regulations, building control, and client specifications, • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, • Producing and maintaining programmes, RAMS, and progress reports, • Managing variations, valuations, and cost control, • Ensuring high standards of quality and documentation throughout delivery About You • Proven experience as a Project Manager within fire compartmentation and firestopping, • Longevity with current/recent employer, • Background working on residential and/or commercial projects in live environments, • Strong understanding of fire safety standards and regulatory requirements, • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and complex site logistics, • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred What’s In It for You • Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (dependant on experience), • Bonus scheme, • Long-term pipeline of secured work, • Supportive, low-churn environment with strong staff retention, • Clear opportunities for progression within a stable and growing contractor If you have the relevant experience and would like to be considered for the opportunity, please apply with an updated version of your CV.
