Senior SEO Account Manager Location: Lincoln (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days remote) Salary: £34,000–£44,000 + bonus/commission (DOE) Company: eComOne – Award-Winning eCommerce Performance Marketing Agency About the Role We are looking for a Senior SEO Account Manager to join eComOne, an award-winning eCommerce performance marketing agency. You will lead SEO strategy, AI visibility and organic growth for a portfolio of established eCommerce brands. The focus of the role is to deliver measurable performance through technical SEO, content strategy and digital PR. This is a client-facing position, requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to translate-te SEO activity into clear business impact. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Account Management • Lead and execute SEO strategies for £3M+ eCommerce brands, • Manage client relationships, reporting, and regular performance reviews, • Translate SEO activity into clear, commercially focused growth plans Technical SEO & On-Site Optimisation • Deliver and implement technical SEO audits (indexation, Core Web Vitals, site structure), • Work closely with developers and internal teams to implement changes, • Optimise across Shopify, Adobe Commerce and BigCommerce platforms Content Strategy & AI Search Optimisation • Develop content strategies aligned with search intent and modern search behaviour, • Build topical authority and entity-led content frameworks, • Structure content for search visibility, featured snippets, and AI-driven search environments, including LLMs and AI overviews Digital PR & Outreach • Plan and execute Digital PR and outreach campaigns, • Secure high-quality backlinks, media coverage and brand mentions, • Build authority through link acquisition and strategic partnerships Analytics, CRO & Performance • Deliver SEO reporting, forecasting, and performance insights, • Use tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and more, • Support conversion rate optimisation and user experience improvements Experience in 2-3 of the above is essential for this role Experience & Skills Required • Minimum 5+ years SEO experience, including 2+ years in a senior or client-facing role, • Experience managing eCommerce brands (£1M–£3M+ revenue preferred), • Strong expertise in:, • Technical SEO, • Content strategy and search intent, • Digital PR and outreach, • Data analysis and reporting, • Client communication, • Previous experience within a digital marketing agency, • Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems is highly advantageous, • Proficiency in Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, Search Console Key Attributes • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and profitability, • High attention to detail and quality of delivery, • Strong communication and client management skills, • Proactive, solutions-focused approach, • Genuine interest in SEO, AI search and performance marketing What We Offer • Competitive salary + bonus/commission structure, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 28), • Early finish Fridays + summer half-day Fridays, • Hybrid working (Lincoln HQ + remote flexibility), • Training budget and structured career development, • Opportunity to be published on industry-leading blogs, • Monthly client travel (company-paid), • Mental health support and wellbeing resources, • Paid CSR time aligned with our B Corp values, • Social events and collaborative team culture, • Fully stocked office kitchen and relaxed working environment Why Join eComOne?
