A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Bid Co-Ordinator to join the team with our prestigious client at their site in Cambridge, this is a hybrid role 2-3 days per week on-site, this is initially a 6 month opportunity that could be extended. Role Purpose The Bid Coordinator / Support role is central to the success of the proposals team. You will assist in coordinating bid activities, manage documentation, liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, supply chain, finance, export compliance), ensure timelines are met, support cost/price input, and help ensure high quality bid submissions that align with customer requirements and organisational strategy. Key Responsibilities • Support the end-to-end bid process: capture bid requirements, develop bid plan/timeline in coordination with Bid Manager., • Collate and manage all bid documentation and inputs (technical, commercial, pricing, compliance) ensuring version control and audit trail., • Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, export control, contracts) to gather content, data and approvals., • Assist with cost/price modelling and input tracking (working alongside commercial/estimating team)., • Maintain bid trackers, dashboards and status reports for senior management., • Support desktop reviews, proofreading, formatting and submission of bid...
