About the Role We’re looking for a Supplier & Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supplier lifecycle—from onboarding and compliance to logistics coordination, performance management, and optimisation. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, and Deployment teams to ensure we have the right partners, contracts, and systems in place to support Nscale’s global expansion. You’ll bring structure and strategy to how we source, track, and scale supplier relationships. What You’ll be Doing Supplier Management & Procurement • Lead the onboarding, evaluation, and contracting of suppliers across key categories (hardware, logistics, data centre services, infrastructure partners)., • Maintain a central supplier database, including contract trackers, performance records, and compliance documentation., • Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and performance frameworks to monitor service quality, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability., • Partner with Legal and Finance on contract reviews, NDAs, payment terms, and risk management. Logistics & Operational Coordination • Coordinate cross-border logistics for infrastructure shipments, including lead time management and delivery tracking., • Work closely with Infrastructure and Deployment teams to ensure suppliers meet project and programme timelines., • Manage escalations, service recovery, and contingency plans for supplier delays or failures., • Track order statuses, inventory movements, and supply dependencies to support operational planning. Process & System Development • Design and optimise scalable procurement and supplier management processes, policies, and workflows., • Evaluate and implement supply chain systems and tools to increase visibility and efficiency., • Collaborate with Business Operations and Planning teams to align supplier capabilities with growth and scaling requirements., • Contribute to forecasting and scenario planning by providing supply-side insights, risks, and dependencies. About You (Skills / Qualifications Experience) • You’re operationally minded and thrive on building structure where there’s complexity, • You have a deep understanding of supply chain management, vendor performance, and sourcing, • You’re confident managing external relationships and negotiating commercial terms, • You’re detail-oriented, organised, and know how to balance urgency with long-term thinking, • You’re process-driven and enjoy bringing clarity and control to supplier operations, • You’re collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable working across legal, technical, and business teams, • You’re proactive, resilient, and excited by the opportunity to build systems from scratch Qualifications & Experience • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, vendor management, or operations, • Strong working knowledge of supplier sourcing, contracting, and performance management, • Experience working across international markets and navigating cross-border logistics, • Experience in infrastructure, cloud, data centre, or hardware supply chains, • Experience with procurement or supply management tools, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment skills, • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently Nice to Have: • Exposure to high-growth startup or tech environments, • Ops experience at a larger more established tech org, • Familiarity with sustainability considerations in supplier selection, • Exposure to compliance requirements (e.g. data sovereignty, ESG, import/export regulation) Equal Opportunities Statement At NScale, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.
