The role: • Act as the first point of contact for any queries., • Provide technical helpdesk support for direct-to-consumer investment platforms., • Deliver excellent email and telephone support to advisers, client services teams, and paraplanners., • Manage and maintain support tickets within agreed SLAs., • Track and monitor transfer business to ensure timely progression., • Liaise with external providers to make sure all business is processed efficiently., • Set up and support portal access for staff and clients., • Help maintain data integrity and reporting across platforms., • Contribute to process improvements and overall team efficiency., • Maintain strong awareness of compliance, risk, and quality standards. Experience required: • Experience in Financial Services is essential (admin, customer service, operational, helpdesk or ticketing backgrounds all welcome)., • Accurate, organised and confident working to deadlines., • Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with a professional manner., • Solid IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office., • Someone who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
