About the Role Seeking an experienced Chief Pilot / Technical Demonstrator to lead drone flight operations and customer demonstrations across the UK. This position combines hands-on piloting and training with technical integration and client engagement. The successful candidate will serve as the operational lead for UK-based activities, representing the company in demonstrations, training sessions, and deployments. Key Responsibilities • Lead all UK drone flight operations and act as the senior pilot for the region., • Conduct live demonstrations, trials, and training for defence and security partners., • Support the integration and deployment of advanced drone platforms in the field., • Serve as the primary technical liaison for UK clients during demonstrations and pilot programs., • Ensure full compliance with UK aviation and safety regulations., • Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to improve operational capabilities., • Mentor and train additional pilots as the UK operation grows. Candidate Profile • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a professional drone pilot, ideally within defence or security environments., • Comprehensive knowledge of UAV operations, safety procedures, and UK aviation regulations., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading customer-facing activities., • Strong technical proficiency and the ability to assist with system integration and troubleshooting., • Military or defence experience is highly desirable., • Self-starter comfortable working independently in a dynamic, startup-style environment., • Full professional proficiency in English.
