Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a UK Senior Sales Manager to join our team on a permanent basis at Haynes Group Limited, which sits within Infopro Digital’s Automotive division. The UK Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the daily activities of the UK Commercial Team, covering both new business development and account management. The role ensures consistent execution of the commercial strategy, delivery of revenue targets, and high standards of customer engagement across the UK market. Working closely with the AUKUS Commercial Director, the UK Senior Sales Manager will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, drive performance, and embed strong sales discipline, forecasting, and account management practices. • Lead, coach, and manage the UK Commercial Team, encompassing new sales and account management functions, • Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations for the team, • Conduct regular one‑to‑ones, pipeline reviews, and performance reviews, • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of commercial team members, • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and customer‑focused culture, • Drive new business acquisition in line with UK and broader AUKUS targets, including managing your own sales targets and those of the wider team, • Oversee opportunity management from lead qualification through to close, • Ensure consistent use of CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting, • Support complex or strategic sales opportunities where senior involvement is required, • Ensure structured account management practices are applied across key UK customers, • Drive account retention, growth, and cross‑sell / upsell opportunities, • Oversee customer engagement plans and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, • Act as an escalation point for key customer issues when required, • Own UK sales performance against revenue, margin, and activity targets, • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to the AUKUS Commercial Director, • Monitor KPIs and take corrective action where performance is off‑plan, • Contribute to budgeting and commercial planning processes, • Execute the UK commercial strategy in alignment with AUKUS objectives, • Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams, • Provide market insight, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to senior stakeholders Skills & Experience – Desirable • Experience in data, automotive, SaaS, or subscription‑based businesses, • Exposure to multi‑region or matrix organisations, • Experience working with senior or strategic customer accounts, • Personal Attributes, • Results‑driven with a hands‑on leadership approach, • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills, • Collaborative and able to influence across functions, • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced commercial environment, • Customer‑centric mindset with strong commercial judgement, • What Success Looks Like, • Consistent over‑achievement of UK revenue and growth targets, • A motivated, high‑performing commercial team with clear accountability, • Accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management, • Strong customer retention and account growth, • Effective alignment between UK execution and AUKUS commercial strategy, • Generous base salary, • Bonus structure based on company and personal performance, • 25 days annual holiday (rising to 30 days), • Birthday day off, • 2 volunteer days, • Life Assurance (4× salary from Day 1 of employment), • Group pension scheme, • Employee Assistance Programme, • Cycle to Work, gym discounts and more, • Health cash plan, • Enhanced family‑friendly policies, • Employee referral scheme, • Wellbeing tools and resources, • Comprehensive product training and ongoing support from the Manager and the wider Haynes Group team At Infopro Digital, we are driven by core values such as entrepreneurial spirit, constant customer focus, promoting diversity, striving for significant impact, and a collaborative culture.
