We were founded in early 2024 and you have a real opportunity to shape what we do here. What you’ll be doing As the Founding Operator, you’ll be the architect of our operational excellence. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Co-Founders and Chief of Staff to shape how the company runs, grows, and thrives. From scaling our culture to mastering our finance and legal backbone, you’ll take full ownership of the systems that power our success. This is not just an operations role—it’s your chance to define how a company is built from the ground up. Here’s where you’ll make an impact: • Build and scale our team: Own our hiring strategy end-to-end—define critical roles, recruit top talent, and design onboarding experiences that set the tone for a high-performing, mission-driven team., • Champion our culture & workplace experience: Lead office management and people-focused initiatives that make our team excited to come to work every day. You’ll be the force behind an environment that’s productive, collaborative, and energizing., • Drive operational excellence: Take full ownership of day-to-day operations—implement scalable processes, streamline tooling, and ensure our systems run seamlessly as we grow., • Run hiring and onboarding: Manage the full candidate journey up to their completed onboarding—ensure a smooth, thoughtful process from first touch to signed offer letter to ramped-up employee. You’ll be the face of the company for many future teammates., • Own finance & legal foundations: Be the trusted steward of financial and legal operations—manage invoicing, budgeting, contracts, and compliance with precision and care, giving the company the infrastructure to scale confidently., • Accelerate GTM and growth initiatives: Partner with GTM team to power events, and marketing activations—from comms to campaigns., • Lead revenue operations: Own our sales tech stack and CRM, design & build sales processes, and partnering with sales teams to drive GTM enablement initiatives. What we are looking for • 0–2 years of experience in a high-ownership environment (e.g., startups, consulting, banking, or similar fast-moving roles)., • A builder’s mindset. You thrive in ambiguity, iterate quickly, and love creating order out of chaos., • An operator at heart.
