Join us and help keep the nations critical networks connected and protected 24/7. \n Reporting into the Contract Services Manager, the Contract Controller will be responsible for providing support to a Contract Service team and/or internal/external Stakeholders, providing Performance, Financial and Commercial support for newly awarded fault maintenance contract, covering the South West region. \n This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the Pirin Court office, Canning Town, E16 4TL 2 days per week, plus ad hoc travel to site and customer locations on occasion. \n What youll do:\n \n • Ensuring that reporting is structured and accurate, documentation is submitted in accordance with Stakeholder requirements, processes are maintained or established/followed/documented and relevant databases/systems are correctly utilised\n, • Support the Contract Review Process and being involved with contract updates and identification of risks/opportunities\n, • Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls\n, • Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions\n, • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results\n, • Collation of Information required for New Client Requests and Order Acceptance\n, • Performance, Financial and Commercial Reporting, inclusive of Actual vs Budget and Forecasting\n, • Be the initial point of contact for Clients requiring Performance/Commercial/Financial clarity/resolution of disputes prior to escalation\n, • Experience in working within a Project Delivery/Operational maintenance environment\n, • Demonstrable depth and breadth of experience in a similar, fast pace analytical customer facing role will be required\n, • Strong proven ability to work under pressure and an analytical approach to problem solving\n, • Good experience and awareness of financial and commercial processes\n, • Good understanding & analysis of contract finances including profit and loss\n, • 26 days holiday, plus public holidays, and the option to buy or sell days annually\n, • Company pension scheme\n, • A range of family friendly policies\n, • Occupational health support and wellbeing Portal\n #TJ-Hybrid \n #LI-Hybrid \n About Us\n About Telent \n Telent is a leading technology company and specialist in the design, build, support and maintenance, drawing on decades of experience in mission critical communications and technology. of the UKs critical digital infrastructure.
