A role in Engineering Integration will provide a broad understanding of our Engineering activities and offer the opportunity to work across many of the Business functions and engineering disciplines that are necessary to design and develop our Systems of System platforms. Engineering Integration is the discipline that manages:- • the integration of the component parts of a product or system into a cohesive, effective whole • applying the Systems Engineering approaches across the engineering disciplines to define the customer needs and the required functionality early in the development cycle, documenting requirements, then proceeding with design synthesis and system validation while considering the complete problem. • applying systems engineering methods, criteria and techniques to optimise all aspects of safety throughout the lifecycle. • translates customer requirements into a practicable solution architecture and partitions this into lower level requirements / specifications • ensure that the resulting solution meets the customer requirements and is properly designed, certified, and controlled.” The role will be Warton Unit based. The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role. The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following: Support Engineering delivery management of the programme to time, cost and scope/quality/performance requirements of the programme (including management of technical risk) Support alignment / integration of technology developments and de-risking activities. Support maintenance of Engineering Statements of Work across a variety of disciplines and stakeholders Delivery Technical Management & Integration tasks/sub-tasks appropriate to the needs of the program Work with Technical teams to deliver robust technical management of the Technology portfolio Support management of UK ‘Lead Sub-System Integrators' (Major suppliers: Rolls-Royce, Leonardo and MBDA) – supporting appropriate review of their activities, to ensure proper direction and guidance. Support deployment of engineering governance activities within Technology Support deployment Engineering Lifecycle Management through the Technology Programme (e.g. applying design review gates to demonstrator life-cycles) in line with programme frameworks) Support appropriate review and approval of any Technology led technical proposals through the company required approvals, and ensuring suitable clearance of partner proposals (and support to same as required for programme level activities. PURPOSE: TheMixing Supervisoris responsible for overseeing the mixing process in the production facility to ensure the accurate and efficient blending of raw materials according to production specifications. This role involves supervising the mixing team, ensuring quality control standards are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Mixing Supervisor will also monitor equipment performance, ensure adherence to production schedules, and implement continuous improvement practices to optimize production efficiency and product quality. The goal is to ensure that all products are mixed correctly, safely, and on time, contributing to overall production goals and customer satisfaction. Job Duties and Responsibilities Create Transfer Orders by using ERP system as per required mixing plan. Verify the delivered stock against the control sheets and transfer orders. Return all the excess or remaining Liquid Raw Material to RM department once all the jobs are completed. Incorporate the consumed quantities of Liquid Raw Material in the BOM journals and post them when the return process is completed. Ensuring the mixing processes are held according to the mixing plan. Daily / monthly Mixing Production Report send to line manager Check that all raw materials are available to complete the mixing plan on daily basis. Ensure to place the Liquid Raw Material order on weekly basis. Ensure to place purchase requisition for all the consumables (including, PPE, hair/beard net, shoe covers, gloves, washing items etc.) Liaise with RM department to ensure the available stock on ERP is available physically in the warehouse. Ensure that all liquids are QC approved and tested by Nicotine Testing Machine (GC Machine) before sending the liquids to the bottling department. Ensure confidentiality across the mixing department and control sheets. Responsible to monitor equipment performance and ensure all the Equipment are in always working order. Raise a Ticket to maintenance team if any repairs or fixing is needed Ensure all the Drums/buckets are available to perform the mixing jobs. Liaise with R&D department regarding the current flavor's and the new launch recipes. Creating Rota as per production plan. Ensure a strict adherence to all health and safety standards as well as clean room protocols. Train and guide the staff to be confident in working process of E-Liquid Environment. Maintaining hygiene in & out of the mixing Lab. Any ad-hoc task given by line manager.
